The D1 Elite season kicks off this weekend with Life University at Lindenwood in what will be an intriguing kickoff to a tight but highly competitive year.
Competition Shutdowns Force CRAA Commissioner Furlough College Rugby Association of America Commissioner Kevin Battle has been furloughed as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. Battle has been Commissioner of the top men's collegiate competition, D1A for several years. He was paid through USA Rugby, but when USA Rugby filed for bankruptcy they stopped paying him as they did all contract workers.

College Story of the Year - The Split
The ongoing story of the year in Men’s college rugby was obvious to me before I had my conversation with Wayne Milner, but that conversation certainly confirmed it.
Milner is the senior VP at the Washington Athletic Club in Seattle, and we met last fall to initiate talks that led to the formation of the Rudy Scholz and MA Sorensen awards.
