Thomas More won the latest Big Rivers 7s on a last-minute try from Ta'Veon Veal to beat Principia.
That 21-15 result clinched the tournament for TMU and puts them in a good position to qualify for the CRC in May.

In one of the most thrilling and exciting college rugby games in recent memory, Notre Dame College scored on the final play of the game and freshman flyhalf Lachy McDonald slotted the touchline conversion to secure a 40-39 victory for the Falcons over Kutztown University.

Iowa State 58 Iowa 5The Cyclones looked pretty strong in their defeat of the Hawkeyes. Iowa State lost a tough, close game to Iowa Central last week, and this week put into practice some of the lessons from that game.
The chase has been a long one.
Kutztown University has logged some major victories. They have won the Rugby East in 15s. Snubbed by the CRC in the early years, they played the qualifier in Las Vegas and won that. They made the CRC final twice and produced Eagles.
