Goff Rugby Report has selected our Top D1 college players of the spring.
This is a list for players whose D1 teams (not D1A) played the majority of their season in the spring. We do not have Heart of America players in this list because opted to list them in the fall.
The Gold Coast Conference has made its all-conference selections.
University of San Diego No. 8 Michael Ramos was named the conference MVP, with additional awards going to USD tighthead prop Oliver Kane as Forwards MVP and Long Beach State center Joseph Nuez as Backs MVP.
Victor Gomez, flyhalf for Long Beach State, was named Best Freshman.
Having seen the spring DIAA final and also what was ostensibly the fall final between Tennessee and Bowling Green, and having seen some more of these top teams in person on video, we can make some end-of-season judgments.
