CHULA VISTA, Calif. — The USA Men’s Sevens training groups will culminate their 2020 residency with a series of intrasquad scrimmages called the Golden Eagles Showdown Series.

National Collegiate Rugby has hired Pat Clifton to run the organization’s 7s competitions as its 7s Commissioner, and the hiring certainly seems to be a decent fit.
