Mike Tolkin is now officially not going to be the USA Men's National 15s Team Head Coach now that USA Rugby's Board had selected John Mitchell.
Tolkin, who coached the Eagles from 2012 through the 2015 season. He released a statement today about his contract not being renewed:

During that time under Tolkin, the USA has won 11 games, lost 22, and tied 1, for a winning percentage of .338.
