LAFAYETTE, CO (USA Rugby Release) – USA Rugby today announced the appointment of Ross Young to the position of Interim CEO and Director of Operations with the National Governing Body. Young steps in as Dan Payne transitions into his new role and puts his focus solely on the Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018.
USA Rugby CEO Dan Payne is stepping down after the Rugby World Cup Sevens this July in San Francisco.
