Well that was quick.
Seth Halliman made his debut for the USA 7s team in the squad’s opening game of the Canada 7s, and it didn’t take long for him to make an impact.

Leading Davenport 21-12 with just a couple of minutes to go, the Wildcats saw it all disappear.
Washington State improved to 2-1 with a 24-19 defeat of Boise State, while Central Washington improved to 3-0 in the Northwest Collegiate Rugby Conference.
But to report it that way implies that it’s all kind of similar. Sure, WSU beat BSU in a close game, but it’s also worth nothing that Central Washington has already beaten both by unflattering scores - 129-0 and 96-3.
After playing 7s all fall the Northwest Collegiate Rugby Conference (NCRC) gets a head start on the Winter-Spring 15s season with a small number of DI games this weekend and next.
