USA Rugby today announced the appointment of Tamara Sheppard as General Manager of High Performance.
The news that USA Rugby's dues are going up wasn't that surprising.
After all, we got a heads up from the Board a couple of months ago.

GLENDALE, Colo. – The US Rugby Foundation and USA Rugby have developed present a partnership with the USA Rugby Eagle Alumni Association, a collective group of former USA Eagle Rugby players that focuses on re-engaging former USA Rugby National Team players.
GLENDALE, Colo. – On the heels of USA Rugby's National Office pitching the Board for an increase in dues, the USA Rugby Board of Directors has approved an across-the-board $10-per-membership dues increase for the 2023-24 membership season.
