GRR: HS Rankings
The HS club scene is moving slowly, so we took our time going through the Week 3 of the rankings to be sure we didn't overlook stuff—yeah, that seems counterintuitive but it's actually easier to miss results when there are hardly any than when there are a lot.
As we warned you, things can move quite dramatically this early in the season.
This is especially true if we've got a ranking based in part on historical data. But it's also true when we've got a ranking based on just one or two results. Those results can be undercut by just one loss.
With games canceled in North Carolina and Woodlands also seeing their game called off, we don't have a lot of data to work with.
This early in the season things can move very drastically.
We can see a team jump into the rankings at a high level, but we also give you a caution—they can move down quickly, too.
This is week #1 of the Boys HS Club rankings.
We have a lot of rugby to play and you should expect many changes in this group. Right now, however, the defending national champion Thunder Rugby team has tightened its hold on #1 because a) they return a lot of players and b) they went 3-0 at the Storer Classic in impressive fashion.
