Lindenwood made it two tournament titles in two as the Lions women defeated Life University 19-7 to win the May Madness Women’s Premier championship.
Undisputed national champions, Lindenwood went 6-0 in Atlanta, outscoring opponents 211-7, and then 4-0 in New Orleans, outscoring opponents 117-7.
The Men’s DII division at the CRC was loaded with action, drama, and not a little controversy Sunday in New Orleans.
Lander defeated Georgetown in another impressive display 19-5. That was the biggest winning margin in the quarterfinals.
The Men's D1 and Premier divisions in the CRC will pick up speed on Sunday.
For the D1 Club, there are seven teams in action so everyone plays everyone else once over the first two days.
Sixteen teams remain in the Men's Small College division in the CRC, but some of the best teams are starting to put their hand up.
