(NCR Press Release)—National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) is pleased to announce the hiring of Jeremy Treece as its new Chief Executive Officer. Steve Cohen, current CEO and founder of National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) will be focusing his time on strategic programming for the organization.
