Life will play Army in what is a de-factor championship match, but there are other games to be held in Charlotte Nov 21-22, including:

Iona (5th in Rugby East) v Boston College (2nd in ECRC)
Texas State (2nd in SWC) v NC State (3rd in ACRL)

After clinching the Rugby East Conference championship with their 34-29 defeat of Wheeling Jesuit, the West Point men’s rugby program has confirmed that it will face Goff Rugby Report #3 Life University November 22 in Charlotte, NC.

This game will be part o the ACRC Bowl Series, which will see 18 college teams face off in nine games over two days.

The University of Oklahoma clinched the Red River Conference Saturday with a convincing 63-13 victory over TCU.

TCU actually led early through a penalty kick, but two tries from lock Somtochukwu Iromuanya and tries from fullback Mike Anderson, prop Cale Stumpff, flyhalf Trevon Barnes, and prop Justin Fa'aola paced the Sooners to a 36-8 halftime lead.

BERKELEY – California beat Arizona State, 45-5, to win its third straight PAC 7s Rugby Championship Sunday on Witter Rugby Field. The Golden Bears (15-1) also defeated Utah, 34-0, in the semifinals to exit the 11-team, 33-match event unbeaten with the tourney’s most points (226) and tries (38), and fewest points allowed (10 on two tries).
