Xavier College of Cincinnati put themselves in control of the Great Lakes South with a 36-21 defeat of previously-unbeaten Marshall. The two teams had already met once, with Xavier coming back from 17 points down to tie the game 22-22.

Salve Regina and Roger Williams are still at the top of the Colonial Coast Men’s DII college conference after convincing victories this weekend.
Salve defeated previously-unbeaten Plymouth State 48-10.

Bowling Green remains top dog in the MAC after a 67-5 defeat of Central Michigan Friday. CMU were able to hold off BGSU for long periods in the first half, but the stress of constantly defending the Falcon attack cost them.
