This week has been a tumultuous one in the Youth and HS segment of USA Rugby's reorganization process.
Do you know a rugby playing high school senior who will be heading to college in the fall and will be playing rugby for his or her college team? If you do, then please encourage him or her to apply for one of the United States Rugby Foundation College Scholarships.
The National Federation of State High School Associations, along with the Sports Medicine Advisory Committee, has released a document offering guidance to opening high school athletics and activities.
