Vienna continued to build on their "Get 1% Rugby Better Every Single Day" with a big 59-10 win over Loudoun/Western Loudoun in a shortened 60-minute game Saturday.
Vienna HS defeated the Bethesda Roosters Saturday in a cross-border warmup for both teams.
Saturday, July 31 saw the end of the 2020-21 campaign for Vienna Rugby’s High School Girls Rugby team that saw them go through the entire 2021 spring and summer seasons unbeaten.
The Vienna HS rugby program won the boys championship in the Virginia State Championships, taking the title in both Varsity and Middle School divisions.
Vienna beat West End in the semifinals and Richmond Strikers in the final.
Vienna took home the Virginia High School Girls Rugby Championship this past weekend, beating TC WIlliams 38-0 in the final.
