Girls Nationals are coming this weekend so let's take another look at the rankings shall we?
We have a few changes based on some results, plus there remains a maddening inability for some teams and leagues to actually report results—it's Tuesday and they won't say what happened Saturday? Why not?
OK, OK, OK we'll be on top of getting these rankings out by Tuesday in the future, now that most of the collegiate season is over.
We've been juggling a lot.
East HS beating Herriman shifts around the Top 5 a bit and De La Salle's explosion in a big win over a tough Danville side does the same.
We have finally come up with our Girls HS rankings.
As we've said before, this is more difficult than the Boys HS rankings because different leagues organize very differently, with some leagues still playing 7s, we end up penalizing some of those teams for not playing a lot of 15s.
Well, the end of the D1A season was thrilling, but the end of the rankings is not.
We make no changes. Everything seems, in the end, to be where they should be.
We had moved Saint Mary's up in our last rankings three weeks ago, and they stay at #1, of course. Navy remains #2. And all down the line.
