The MARC Rugby Conference is pleased to announce their commitment to the NCR Open Division DIAA Competition beginning Fall 2020.  The MARC Conference was created in 2012 The Mid Atlantic Rugby Conference—operates as a regional Collegiate competitive organization in conjunction with USA Rugby.

The national Small College Rugby Organization has officially renamed itself as National Collegiate Rugby, or NCR.

The change has come as what was NSCRO separated its operations from USA Rugby following USA Rugby's failure to forward funds due NSCRO. That was all part of USA Rugby's financial problems, but it spurred NSCRO to start its own membership and insurance programs.

The Chesapeake Collegiate Rugby Conference has confired that it will join NSCRO for the fall of this year.

The Midwest D1 Women’s Rugby Conference has joined NSCRO starting this fall.

The first Women’s D1 conference to make the move to the new Women’s Open Division, the conference includes the University of Minnesota, which made the national D1 fall semis in November.
