GRR: Gateway Conference
Principia has won the Gateway Conference with a 32-14 defeat of Southern Illinois University Sunday.
Principia made the final after beating Pitt State 49-22 on Saturday, while SIU beat Missouri S&T 19-14, scoring two tries in the final 15 minutes to erase a 14-7 deficit.
Defending Gateway Conference champs Missouri S&T look like they might be poised to repeat after an impressive 39-7 win over UMKC.

With the victory, SLU is 3-0, and only UMS&T is similarly unbeaten (but not really similarly, as the Miners of the University of Missouri Science & Technology have yet to play a conference game.
