GRR: DI Women College
The College Rugby Association spring championships weekend is set for April 30 at Aveva Stadium in Houston with four major titles set to be handed out.
Three of those will be for women, including the Spring Championships for D2 and D1. The D2 semifinals will actually be held on Friday, April 29 leading into the championship day.
The semifinals for the NCR Women's collegiate playoffs are set for the Tennessee Rugby Complex in Knoxville.
In the small-college final four, SUNY Cortland takes on Lee University at 9AM, and Wayne State plays Northern Michigan at 11AM.
Life University is in the NCR Women's playoffs, and that might turn heads a bit, but there's a method in the madness.
National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) has announced the final teams for both its Women's Division I and Small College playoffs.
D1The playoffs feature 16 Division I teams including ten conference champions and six at-large bids.
(NCR's Women's DI is made up of conferences and teams that until this season were playing as DII.)
Two games headline the women's slate of college games this weekend.
