Salve Regina is the only undefeated team left in the Colonial Coast Men's DII college conference after handing Johnson & Wales a 52-0 defeat to move to 5-0.

Salve dominated possession and continually forced turnovers, and defended well when Johnson & Wales had the ball they defended with patience.

Endicott College’s Men’s rugby team sits undefeated in the Colonial Coast Conference, after beating Wheaton 57-17 last week.

With Caleb McMullin and John Clavin playing well, the Endicott squad is pushing 4-0 Salve Regina in the men’s DII conference.

According to Coach Bob Ryman, the strong record for the Gulls is due to recruiting.

Two former National Small College Rugby Organization conferences will see their champions play off this weekend for a place in the USA Rugby Men's DII College playoffs. Roger Williams comfortably won the Colonial Coast Conference, both in their regular season record and in the playoffs. Although, the playoffs themselves weren't without surprise.

Life in DII seems to agree with the Roger Williams rugby program, and they made an emphatic statement this past weekend in shutting out Salve Regina 18-0 to take sole possession of 1st place in the Colonial Coast Conference.
 “It was a strong defensive effort from my boys,” said Head Coach Chris Palombo.

Salve Regina and Roger Williams are still at the top of the Colonial Coast Men’s DII college conference after convincing victories this weekend.

Salve defeated previously-unbeaten Plymouth State 48-10.
