Kat Stowers is a finalist for the 2021 MA Sorensen Award as the best women's collegiate player in the USA.

Stowers returns from her LDS Mission after a stellar freshman season at BYU and showed she hadn't missed a step. The former HS All American is a powerful runner at center. She intimidates defenders, is very scrappy in contact, and is superb at offloading out of contact and off the ground.

In addition, Head Coach Tom Waqa said she is an excellent leader.
