Well, according to sources, things are afoot. The strong implication from USA Rugby that USA Rugby-internal people would skipper the restructure is not correct. Representatives from USA Rugby Partners, especially Jon Bobbett, are working on it. And reportedly we're going to see some ideas and plans.

But, expect the dues structure in USA Rugby to change dramatically, and likely what will happen is that USA Rugby's National Office will have to pay a price for not forwarding dues to partnership organizations in a timely manner (or at all). Basically that means that instead of USA Rugby taking dues funds and then distributing, local or member organizations will take dues money and distribute to USA Rugby.
