The Maryland Exiles and the French International School of Bethesda, Md. (Lycée Rochambeau) are coming together to hold a 7s tournament on November 15.

The Yorktown Rugby 7s Tournament will have brackets for boys and girls U15s, U17s, and U19s.

The tournament will welcome a special guest, as longtime French national team star Serge Betsen will appear. The tournament proceeds will go to supper the Betsen Academy, a charitable organization that goes to support youth rugby in Cameroon, the country of Betsen's birth.

The Serge Betsen Academy uses rugby as a vehicle for social integration, offering access to education as well as basic healthcare for hundreds of underprivileged children, in urban and rural Cameroon.
