GRR: Rankings
Back for April's DIAA rankings for the spring.
Really, the results this spring have shown us that many of these teams are very close to each other. The three semifinals (how can you have three semifinals?!?) this past weekend showed us that. Every game was in doubt late.
We had a nice conversation with Rugby Ohio and we've got a few teams mischaracterized (school vs club).
So next week you'll see a couple of teams we have been ranking as clubs into the school list.
This is one of those weeks when teams win games and they move down.
Now, of course, you don't move down ... someone else moves up.
This is a short HS Club rankings report because the Easter Weekend, along with Tropical 7s, slowed everything down.
We have some shifting in the Top 10 because of the big games that happened there. It looks as though Belmont Shore and San Diego Mustangs are the top teams in that region ... but of course that can change.
Well we don't have a lot of changes.
As we often say, if the high-ranked team won every time then it wouldn't be fun—well I guess this past week wasn't so much fun. Of the top 13, one was idle, and two are on tour; the other 10 won.
