(USA Rugby Release)—USA Women’s Pathways Manager Martha Daines has confirmed a busy summer for the USA Junior National Teams, with international tours scheduled for the U18s and for the U20s in July, as well as the return of the U23s All Star Competition in June, in partnership with the New England Free Jacks of Major League Rugby.

These annual tournaments are a breeding ground for talent, providing a platform for U20 players to showcase their skills and take their first steps towards the senior international game.
The USA men’s 7s team dropped out of the Top 8 in the SVNS standings and so instead of playing in the final tournament to win, they will be playing at the kid’s table to see if they can come back to the series in 2024-25.
It was pool play of huge surprises in the Singapore 7s, at least where the USA was concerned.
The high-flying women's team, which had an eye on getting to the #3 seed, were edged late by South Africa, and beaten fairly comprehensively by Japan. They followed that up with a loss to France (more likely than losses to the other two) and 0-3 in Pool Play.
