With the Storer Classic canceled, several high school teams, plus some that were already traveling to SoCal and couldn't cancel, met up for an impromptu tournament over the weekend in Southern California.

Brother Martin and Jesuit New Orleans kicked off league play in Louisiana on a somewhat muddy Saturday.
The Brother Martin Crusaders took the contest 31-15 over the Blues Jays of Jesuit.
There is still time to apply for the Boys High School Rugby National Championships.
The application window closes February 1.
