Media took home the Boys Bracket in the Rugby Pennsylvania Fall Fest, showcasing how teamwork and good support running is the pathway to rugby success.
Getting young rugby players on the field has been a challenge for many state governing bodies and leagues as COVID-19 regulations and restrictions are different in different states and counties, and the restrictions are constantly changing.
Rugby PA caps its fall with Fall Fest this coming weekend.
United stormed back in both brackets in Utah Youth Rugby’s High School 7s, with the boys and the girls both taking first place in Round 3.
Girls Get Revenge
In the girls bracket, United and Provo both went through pool play 3-0. Provo’s physicality and ability to create turnovers and convert them into scoring opportunities.
Rugby Maryland is slowly bringing the gamer back on the field, playing some touch rugby league games.
Last weekend they held the Diamondback Sevens in Linthicum Heights, Md., and that event saw the Bethesda Roosters, West Carroll Marauders, Maryland Diamondbacks, Minutemen, and Maryland Exiles compete.
