Eagle Impact Rugby Academy prepares to meet the Spanish Under 18 national team Thursday after just a couple of days of training.
The Fairfield Rugby Club won the U18 Boys Division at the Warrior 7s over the weekend.
Taking part in a robust U18 division that included 12 teams from four states, Fairfield started off with big wins against Hempfield and St. Joes. As the day went on, the competition became harder, and the Minutemen out of the DC area proved a difficult opponent.
Eagle Impact Rugby Academy has confirmed its tour roster for Spain.
EIRA will play Spain U18s twice this week. The team features players from 12 different states, with several getting noticed after strong showings at the Boys HS Rugby National Championships.

The EIRA U18s team will play Spain's U18s on July 1 and July 3, staying and playing in Valladolid in Northwest Spain.
Every player and coach on the EIRA team had to be vaccinated as per requirements from the Spanish government.
