Life University shocked Central Washington in the DI Elite semifinals 29-20 thanks to a more adventurous approach and some execution in the red zone.

Central continued to play aggressive rugby and worked the phases, but they continually found themselves defending their own tryline thanks to turnovers and some impressive runs from the Running Eagles.

Taking a break from 15s over the past weekend, Life University jumped right into 7s and had no trouble in the Women's U23 bracket in the Tropical 7s.

After having been unable to play any games during the comeback from the COVID lockdowns, Penn State University might ... might ... be able to get a game in to start the postseason.
