Penn Mutual has expanded its Life of Significance Award to be open to all 10,000 men and women who participate in the National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO).

From among the finalists, Penn Mutual will present the award to the rugby student-athlete who exemplifies the shared values of integrity, respect, loyalty and community.

The National Small College Rugby Organization has announced plans to further separate its operations from USA Rugby.

NSCRO already operates its own league structures and championships, and starting this coming fall, will also operate its own dues and insurance model.

The National Small College Rugby Organization is proud to announce the selections for the Penn Mutual NSCRO Women’s 7’s Select Side that will compete at the Los Angeles Invitational on Feb 28-29, 2020.

The team was selected by Bryn Chivers, who will coach the squad.
