Two play-in spots are decided in NCR's D1 after Saturday's games.
Both of the Rugby East teams in action Saturday won. St. Bonaventure beat Dartmouth and Walsh beat Indiana. Kutztown plays Wheeling on Sunday.
It's a quiet weekend in Men's NCR D1 and D1A rugby in part because this is the Play-in weekend for NCR's playoff, so no regular games were scheduled at this time.
In addition, this is a good time to just clear off your desk of school stuff with Thanksgiving looming.
We skipped last week so as usual that prompts some bigger changes.
Most notable are St. Joseph's and Boston College, just missing out on conference championships, but playing well in getting there.
They are peaking at the right time.
Baylor, Texas State, and West Chester all get a bump.
The Iowa State Cyclones defeated the University of Iowa Haweyes 43-19 to win the Heart of America championship this past weekend.
Meanwhile, Kansas and Kansas State tied their 3rd-4th match. The game was supposed to be resolved with overtime, but a nasty injury, and the time it took to treat the player, led to the teams taking the tie instead.
Now we know all of the Men's D2 college playoff teams after Sunday's results.
