Kutztown University bounced back from last week's loss to Army to defeat St. Bonavanture 72-17 Saturday in Rugby East Conference play.
With Army playing a non-conference game against Air Force (which they won), Kutztown jumps back into 1st place. But Army still has a game to play while the Golden Bears are done.

There’s no doubt that Collum Magee is a big part of the Army rugby success this season, as the flanker and co-captain continues to make big tackles and test defenses.
But Saturday was a special time for him, as he scored two tries, including the game-winner over Kutztown with time running out.

Continuing what has been an excellent fall season for the Army flanker and captain, Collum Magee scored with six minutes left to life the Blck Knights over Kutztown in a clash of the top two teams in the Rugby East. Kutztown University held off a furious late charge from Penn State to win a big Rugby East clash 36-28. Kutztown ran out to a 17-7 first-half lead, using the wind effectively. Meanwhile, Penn State was adjusting to a few personnel changes.
