Thanksgiving and academics have thrown preparation for the Men’s DII finals weekend off a little bit.
All four teams left in the competition - Wisconsin-Whitewater, Minnesota-Duluth, James Madison, and Notre Dame College - had most of last week off due to Thanksgiving.

Top-ranked Minnesota-Duluth slammed a hard-nosed Wisconsin-Stout 67-0 to return to the national Men’s DII semifinals. The Fighting Penguins were just flat the better team, and played a precise, expansive game despite rain and wind in St. Louis.

The run for Towson University ended Sunday at James Madison University, as JMU bottled up the Tigers and won their national Men’s DII quarterfinal 17-6. The #3-ranked JMU side showed why they are ranked so highly with a dominating performance.
