There are three changes. Lindenwood prop Asher Webb, UBC scrumhalf Jacob Bourne, and Central Washington center Calvin Liulamaga all picked up injuries. Replacing them are two players from Saint Mary's, Lleyton Delzell and Hunter Chulhanstaff, and University of Ottawa's Jamie Armstrong.
While the vast majority of players at the MLR Rising college scouting camp start playing rugby in high school or before and are playing in D1A, NCR D1, or top Canadian sides, but there are some backgrounds that are a little different.

This camp is a new-look plan for the pre-draft training camp and all-star bowl game, with D1A being much more involved.
