GRR: California
BERKELEY, Calif. (Cal Rugby plus additional notes) – A depleted Cal lineup continued to play valiantly, if not flawlessly, Saturday on Witter Rugby Field, beating UCLA, 37-3, to claim a share of the top spot in the PAC Rugby Conference.
Plenty of rugby to watch this weekend on TV and web, as top college teams and national teams are in action.
Here's the list of action you can see. Check back for updates.

BYU v St. Mary’s

There is no rest for the wicked, so they say - or maybe it’s no rest for the weary - and certainly there’s no rest for any college rugby team that wants to get to the top.
Cal defeated Arizona State 79-0 Monday to complete the Bears' trip to the Grand Canyon State.
The two-game trip against the Arizona Wildcats the Sun Devils served as the opening of the PAC Rugby Conference season for Cal, and also as a chance for several players to get serious playing time. With the two wins this weekend, Cal is now 2-0, tied with UCLA and Utah.
Losing isn’t fun, and at Cal it’s also not very common, but sometimes a loss has its silver lining.
