The American College Rugby Association, ACRA, which numbers four women's D2 conferences in the Northeast, has announced that it will not hold a fall 15s championship.
The Tri-State Rugby Conference has announced that it will not have a rugby competition this fall.
Several universities in the conference have suspended inter-collegiate competition and many club sports have followed suit.
So the Tri-State Conference, men and women, will not support a competition and announced that all games are suspended. Teams will also not be charged dues.
The American Collegiate Rugby Association has officially relaunched, operating collegiate rugby for four women's D2 conferences in the Northeast.
Fordham University's women's rugby team is looking for a head coach.
The team runs a roster of about 25 players and they are of varied experience and abilities. Playing in ACRA's Tri-State Conference, Fordham trains twice a week and plays on Sundays. The college has paid the coach a stipend of $1,500 per semester, and this is a two-semester position.
Reports are that the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference (MARC) Women's D2 league is joining the American College Rugby Association, ACRA, to manage its league and playoff competition.
