Bravo is the WMU hooker was superb on defense and led the forwards in a 24-17 defeat fo Bowling Green.

Terran Meek, Louisville

Meek came off the bench for Louisville and scored three tries as Louisville defeated IUPUI.

Nick D’Angelo, West Chester

The WCU scrumhalf is the Rams’ sparkplug, elusive and intelligent and he helped keep West Chester firing as the Rams beat Rowan 29-22.

John George, Cincinnati

George scored three tries as the Bearcats defeated Dayton.

Jonathan Ahern, St. Joseph’s

The speedy, rangy back has been working nicely off flyhalf Noah Nuimataiwalu, and slicing up defenses in the MARC. This week it was West Virginia in the crosshairs.

Anthony Pugielese, Syracuse

A strong-minded leader on a team that is emerging as a serious Liberty Conference contender. In defeating Buffalo 41-10, the key to the Syracuse victory was being quick to the breakdown, and Pugielese, as openside flanker, and as captain, was critical to that effort.

Connor Robinson, Boston College

The BC hooker scored three tries as the Eagles beat Connecticut 50-3.

Matthew Mischler, Navy

The US Naval Academy flyhalf was 3-for-4 on conversions and added added two penalties in a Mid-South Conference game with Davenport. Navy won by ten.

Edward Schmidt, Maryland

The Terrapins were down 29-15 and stormed back to make it 32-27 with time almost up. That’s when Schmidt, who had already scored in the game, charged over for the game-tying try.

Mathew Waugh

The Cowboys’ scrumhalf was a tenacious leader of the Wyoming attack as his team beat New Mexico 33-12. Waugh was named player of the game.
