Morris, Berkshire Girls Play for Cause
The Morris Rugby Girls HS team out of New Jersey and Berkshire, Mass. girls made this past weekend's preseason match a community event in NJ.
Together they supported the Drive For Autism and the Lions Club of New Providence - NJ by attending a Pancake Breakfast before the game.
The Drive for Autism and its founder Thom Trezza, have supported Morris Rugby for years as a sponsor of the Morris Rugby Golf Outing. He was so impressed with the support of both Morris Girls Team and the Berkshire HS Rugby Club at this event. Hot Cakes were a great start to the day. Although the sun was out, a mighty wind kept the temps in the low 30’s as the teams took the pitch at Central Park in Parsippany for the matches.
