The University of Utah swept their four games in the PAC North tournament Saturday, outscoring opponents 110-5.
This round-robin of shortened games among teams from the Northern end of the PAC-12 featured Oregon State, Washington, Washington State, and Oregon, as well as Utah. The Utes opened up the day 24-0 over Washington, and then shut out Oregon 17-0. Washington State scored the only try against the Utes in a 22-5 loss, and then Utah capped off the day 47-0 over the hosts Oregon State.
After losing their opener to Utah, the Washington Huskies beat Oregon State 12-0 and Oregon 10-5 to finish the day 2-1.
Oregon State ended the day 1-2, beating WSU 15-0 but dropping results to Washington (12-0) and Utah.
And Oregon faced Washington State in the final game of the day, with both teams 0-2. Almost fittingly, the game ended in a 14-14 tie.
