Well ... whaddayaknow ... our #2 lost; our #5 lost (to an unranked team, no less).

That's going to shake things up, no?

Louisville lost by a single point to a very good Bowling Green, and we'd be forgiven if we had just elevated BGSU to #2.

But we didn't.

Both the Falcons and the Cardinals are hovering in the Top 5, but now it's all up in the air. 

What to do about Western Washington. Man we were on the Vikings bandwagon (did vikings have bandwagons? We don't think so ...). And we could still be. A 17-15 loss early in the season isn't something that sticks on you too aggressively. WWU can easily move their way back up to the Top 10 and further. Beating Oregon in their rematch will help that.

Good for Oregon, though. We have to move them ahead of WWU for now, but we'll keep an eye on them, because if that result doesn't jibe with other results against common opponents, we might have to rethink it all.
