This ranking took a while to wade through because there are some major shifts coming as teams get all their players and enter league play.

We moved the Charlotte Tigers down somewhat dramatically, and really the Top10 ranking was unfair for them as they worked their way through a new-look season. We rearranged Royal Irish, Fort Hunt, and Aspetuck because we should have done that earlier.

Raleigh Redhawks were bounced hard after Charlotte Ruggerfest, but as you know, we say that tournament play is nice, but not a heavy influence on the rankings, at least not for long. We're still waiting to see how all of North Carolina shakes out.

Welcome Layton Christian into the club rankings, and also Lamorinda. We're a bit not-sold on Lamorinda yet because when they've lost games, they've lost by large margins. They haven't hung tough with a really-strong team yet. Will be looking for that. As it is, do we have too many Northern California teams in here? Seems possible, but enough of them have looked for competition outside their region to give us a little more to compare.

Our feeling is someone or some-two in NorCal will slip. And we've got the likes of Greer, Cape Fear, Maryland Exiles, Liberty, Phoenix Alpharetta, and some in Oregon waiting to take their spots.

Up top, Woodlands slides into #2, but the team we think might burst into the top is United.
