Lindenwood University women's Head Coach Billy Nicholas has been hit hard by the COVID-19 virus.
Nicholas, who has led Lindenwood to multiple national championships in both 15s and 7s, contracted pneumonia in addition to the COVID virus, thus making his battle much, much more difficult. He was on a ventilator but reports are that he has been moved to another treatment as he is starting to improve.
He has been hospitalized since August 31.
His wedding to his fiancée has had to be postponed. There is a GoFundMe page set up to support Billy Nicholas in his fight. It is here>>
He still has a long road of recovery ahead.
