Men's Cross-Divisional College Rankings 2021 Week 11

Saint Mary's and BYU are still scheduled, at least, for a rematch.

Well we took a few weeks off from these rankings because the games were so few and far between that one game was unlikely to change much.

As it was, we still didn't get much in the way of games even by waiting. And we were waiting for a big upset to shift teams around, but we didn't get that, either.

This coming weekend Saint Mary's is slated to play BYU again, this time in Provo, and given the close nature of the recent game well we might see something happen there. BYU has played very well on the road, so let's see how they handle things at home.

So, not, not much in the way of changes. BYU's strong showing against Cal and then Saint Mary's prompts us to break the tie between the Cougars and the Central Washington Wildcats as the Cougars have had more time to get a little bit better.

Time on the field counts for a lot in these rankings, and so it is that Utah Valley comes in at #25. We had UCLA in there because we expected them to play. But we'll take actual games over expected games, and when Utah Valley and Utah State had somewhat similar results against BYU, we were happy to see the two play each other. Utah Valley won convincingly so they get in.
