The Washington Irish rugby club out of DC is on tour in the UK and came away with a win this weekend.
After taking time off to see Wales play Italy in Cardiff, the Irish took on Cheshunt RFC and took away a 26-24 win.
Once again, the scheduling from tour operator, Irish Rugby Tours, proved its worth. Both games the Irish played were extremely close (the Irish lost their opener to Wasps RFC 13-12).
