It's time to celebrate the champions. We have pictures and articles on 49 state champions in Boys HS rugby.
We have stayed with the top division of each state or region, otherwise this would be a very long list indeed. We list the single-school or HS club champs, if the state makes them separate. In addition, we have recognized two single-school champions in Southern California, and split the state of California into Southern and Northern. We keep the Deep South as the Deep South covers Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle.
