Fans watching the USA play Italy saw their screen freeze at times and also had the game end with no video - just audio.

The Rugby Channel sent subscribers a letter Monday apologizing for outages and said they were working to ensure the same doesn't happen again. Paying subscribers will receive one month's worth refund.
