The program kicks off on Sunday, Feb. 2, at 7 pm EST with a session on “Training Plan/Game Plan.” Each bi-weekly session will feature a 60 to 90-minute class focusing on key topics such as defensive analysis, set pieces, transitioning from 15s to 7s, and player development. Sessions will run through Sunday, May 11, 2025. Registration is now open at PRSevens.com.
