BYU and Cal have done enough to keep their top two spots in the Goff Rugby Report All-DI Men's College Rankings; meanwhile Life could have moved past St. Mary's again, but we've kept them unmoved at the moment.
Navy moves past Penn State after beating the Nittany Lions, and UC Davis, Army, and Arizona also move up.
UCSB and San Diego drop out of the top 50, and replacing them are the Western Washington Vikings (beat #47 Washington), and Santa Clara (close loss to to then-#23 San Diego State and a series of good results all winter). We're not sure what to do with Cincinnati, which was unlucky to be only 2-2 in conference play in the fall, and who have beaten MTSU, NC State, and Ohio State in recent weeks. How close those opponents were to their 1st 15 is unclear - OSU was not, that's for sure - and while the Bearcats are a good team and getting better, we're holding off.
