Only minor changes this week, one near the top and some near the 50 rank as we continue to Goff Rugby Report All-DI college rankings.
The one big move is San Diego State jumping up 18 places to #18 after beating Cal Poly. We have a short list of teams itching to move in to the top 50. Western Washington would have had they beaten Gonzaga. Baylor, Chico State, and Stanford are all lurking, but right now their best claim to be there is a close loss. We need to see some wins, also, to justify the move.
What this really sets up are the games this coming weekend. Among the ranked matchups this weekend will be St. Mary's (#4) at SD State (#18), Cal (#2) at Arizona (#22) and Arizona State (#21), Life (#3) v Air Force (#29) and Navy (#13), and Clemson (#17) v Navy and Air Force
So we've got that to look forward to.
