We skipped last week in these rankings so we have a few more games to track this time around.
We're still looking for someone to unseat San Diego at #1 and we're struggling to find that. It could be St. Thomas and it could be ARC and it could be WWU. But not yet.
Sam Houston State? They won the Lonestar and did it in style, winning three games 101-12. Good defense, great defense in fact, and maybe they deserve to be higher.
The playoffs did not go as the rankings would have though. Oklahoma lost in the quarterfinals, which was a surprise, and then Baylor beat North Texas. Whew ... this can be humbling.
Baylor and Boise State move up the most this week.
